Creator of a top-charting North American TV Review podcast network featuring roundtables with critically acclaimed journalists from top media publications and superfans of Saturday Night LiveMy role at the Saturday Night Network, in addition to hosting programming and recruiting panelists, is managing the day-to-day administrative, marketing and distribution of the podcasts. I manage a team of interns who create social media content on a daily basis for our community, and as a result, the Saturday Night Network has now become the most followed SNL podcast on social media. I also manage the logistics of booking guests and panelists for all of our podcasts and making sure they are fully prepared with show notes in advance of each recording. The Saturday Night Network charts weekly in the top 40 TV Review podcasts in the US and Canada and is watched by thousands of SNL fans each week on YouTube and all podcast platforms.

Total Events is one of Canada's longest-running event production firms. Working with other professional event designers, my contributions to the Total Events team began with the preparation, management and hosting of hundreds of Total's unique private and corporate events. I also manage a team of over 50 entertainers, who are selectively booked to deliver unique entertainment solutions to each of Total's satisfied customers.As the marketing director, I have directed several initiatives including a complete rebrand, the development of internal management systems, and the running of large social media event-related campaigns. I collaborate with other department managers to implement effective strategies and reach KPIs. L’Entrepot D’Halloween is a specialized-store that has existed in the Montreal area for 30 years. I rejoined the company during the 2016 and 2017 seasons to coordinate store design, manage the employees, and coordinate with suppliers.

ChainIt was a video messaging application that was created for iOS. I worked with business partners to conceptualize a system where multiple users can capture moments that can be linked together in a chain. Through the platform's creation, I gained experience working with software developers, graphic designers, videographers, marketing interns, grant agents, and angel investors, including pitching the product to hundreds of investors in multiple cities with Anges Quebec.

Fresh Entertainment was one of Canada's largest event services for the private market. My contributions in the events & entertainment field include the preparation, management and hosting of over 250 private events, the management of a large team of entertainers, as well as the design of unique marketing campaigns.Fresh had participated in several other fields, including youth marketing, and talent promotion & management. My experience in the youth marketing division includes aiding in the design and creation of initiatives for top-level brands who are interested in instilling a product and/or message with youth across Canada. The talent promotion & management division has provided me experience in strategically guiding young emerging artists to success through, exposure, buzz and credibility with youth.

The Y Country Camp (YCC) is a summer camp that provides campers the means to spend their summers in a Jewish atmosphere. My experience included three summers of counseling the 14-15 year old boys. Skills that I gained from the position included patience, understanding, and leadership skills. Throughout my time as a counselor, I also led and organized all entertainment-related events for the camp.In the summer of 2013, I supervised a communications & social media position, with the goal of ensuring that proper external communication is being delivered to parents from camp administration throughout the entire summer.

Hillel Montreal is an organization that attempts to enrich the lives of Jewish students studying in Montreal. Jon's experience includes working throughout one school year with the organization to rebrand and develop their marketing strategies for CEGEP students. This lead to the creation of an initiative called “HCC”, Hillel’s CEGEP Connection, which has since grown into Hillel's CEGEP division. The creation of this initiative gave Jon the opportunity to speak at different Jewish high schools about getting involved and creating awareness for the organization. His other experience with Hillel includes motivating students to attend and promote two separate "alternative break" trips, in which students provide aid to underprivileged schools in Miami, Florida during their Winter vacations.
