The project was completed by leveraging resources in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Lansing, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Rio, and Sao Paulo.• Project was completed successfully and on time despite challenges with multiple cultures, time zones, languages, and a geographically dispersed team.

• Responsible for the development and on-going operations of all Information Technology solutions for the world’s 2nd largest Casino. • Managed technical staff of 24 individuals including helpdesk, desktop services, application delivery, and maintenance.• Responsible for capitol budget in excess of $3M, and an operational budget of $1M.• Directed the product selection and implementation of a multi-million dollar player tracking system. This was the industry's largest installation of its kind and resulted in real business benefit to Casino Executive Management enabling the opening of "Club Mystic" for customer loyalty.• Performed analysis for all systems required for the startup of a 230 room hotel including point of sale, electronic locks, hotel management and integrating these hotel systems with existing casino systems.
