I’m a Creative Director with a background in motion and design, specializing in film and photography, motivated by helping brands and teams grow. Some of my client work at Code and Theory / YML includes Under Armour, YETI, Volvo, Amazon, Clover, State Farm, Thrive Market, California Pizza Kitchen, Invisalign, and Champion. I lead pitches, in-house and contract teams, multiple work streams (video, animation, sound design, photo, 3D, illustration, art direction, AI integration and exploration), grow client accounts, and support our agency in showcasing all the exciting work we produce.Before working at Code and Theory / YML, I ran my own independent studio and worked at other boutique studios supporting clients like Google, Mindbody, Skype, Ernie Ball, Cisco, Twitch, Realtor.com, Martinelli’s, and A Book Apart.I also created and co-host a design podcast called Monsters of Design, write and record music, and make films about my fishing and hunting adventures as The Curious Hunter on YouTube.
