I’m naturally inquisitive, constantly seeking the non-obvious solution and asking questions from unique angles. I don’t ask “what if?” about next month or next year; I provide the strategic guidance five years into the future and anticipate problems and answer questions that haven’t even been asked yet. Highlights of my technical successes:* Drove the complete transformation from traditional to agile software and authored the accompanying publication: There Has To Be a Better Way!* Led a 25-person team for 21 months. We built new software architecture and achieved a 400% improvement in productivity. * Advocated for a state-of-the-art microprocessor found in today’s medical devices.I’m at my best when I can bring people together to solve problems and I love to help others when they are struggling.
