I was part of a multidisciplinary team made up of energy and psychology experts from within Edinburgh Napier University, collaborating with experts in industry to monitor the effects of smart energy monitoring systems upon the energy consumption of 65 homes. The report ‘Integrating smart meters into systems for smart homes’ has since been published through the Low Carbon Building Technology Gateway website and has featured in S.TV online news, The Engineer, Inside Housing and Building Products.
