Hi I am Jon Strand. I took two concepts to heart when I was young..."I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life... to put rout all that was not life; and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.” (Dead Poets Society)The ideals of my Renaissance heroes: To be "passionately curious." To be an expert in every endeavor and work towards mastery of anything I put my focus on. I am an artist, a martial arts black belt, expert skier, music producer, collegiate athlete, entrepreneur, Swedish reality TV personality, builder of people, builder of things, public speaker, writer, and visual artist. My secret weapon is my wife and 3 incredible kids. I am someone who gets things done.I was made to feel guilty about not eating breakfast and drinking coffee in second grade. I am 6'4'' and intermittent fasting is now all the rage. I genuinely love teaching, mentoring, and coaching - it's exciting and addicting to be part of someone else's growth and success. I have built successful sales teams and operational systems nationwide. I was a minority partner for 14 years in a company that was acquired in 2020. I am excited to be building the Locke & Ladder brand in the residential home improvement/exterior envelopes and commercial coatings space. I own and operate a private music recording studio next to Fountain Square. I have much to improve upon and will work the rest of my life at becoming a better human.
