However, many of my websites use my eCommerce engine but don't actually sell online. For example, the website www.Ultralightslighting.com has its extensive catalog of custom lighting online. But since each order is different, it collects the lights that the client wants into a project portfolio and then forwards it to an account rep for a complete quote and follow-up. It follows almost the exact process of an eCommerce website but is custom tailored to the business. With the maturation of local search, I've seen an explosion of small business that even 5 years ago would have used the Yellow Pages as their main form of marketing, but are now online.
