- Managing a team of 5 and $mm budget, responsible for BP's global employer brand, recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy- Led the team to design and gain executive approval for a new employer brand strategy, following the Deepwater Horizon tragedy. This strategy put people stories at the centre of our communication approach, spearheaded BP’s use of social media, and delivered a 19-place jump to #1 energy company in LinkedIn’s ‘InDemand’ employer rankings, a 10-point increase in US approval ratings, and an award-winning PR strategy. Displaced Shell as the UK Graduate Employer of Choice in the sector.

Responsible for group resourcing policy, global sourcing strategies, BP's global Employee Value Proposition and key international projects

- Led a team of 30+ making over 1,000 internal and external professional hires at KPMG, EMI, Britvic, Humana and PartyGaming.- Delivered a 40% increase in direct hiring, and $1.5m+ cost savings across 3 companies. Reduced time to hire from average 73 days to 29 days. Implemented multiple ATSs.- Implemented a complex, politically sensitive redeployment program at Royal Mail, and oversaw a project team of 20+ to assess over 400 managers in 12 weeks.

- P&L responsibility for BYT subsidiary, reporting monthly to shareholders: hired to turn the business around - Redefined proposition, restructured business and turned around underperforming team with low morale by creating vision and setting clear objectives - Tripled net fee income and profit- Sold and delivered searches at board level in digital, retail, banking, entertainment and not for profit industries
