• Partner with market leadership and deliver critical reporting to operate efficiently and improve execution• Manage and oversee financial analyst role within the department to scale deliverables• Lead periodic financial reviews with operational team to find opportunity areas for improvement• Lead the Ops Finance team and drive budget targeting process for Opex lines and store budget allocations• Provide real estate forecasted financials on store remodels, impairments and open/close analysis• Act as a SME on all brand related sales discussions, forecasts and data requests• Lead monthly P&L analysis, financial reporting and forecast process• Partner with the operations team to set goals and drive performance• Assist in annual budget target setting and lead quarterly forecasts for the division• Foster continuous improvement in financial reporting; both report design and rationalizing existing reports• Prepare presentations for executive level review to support smart, informed decision making

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial management reports and presentations• Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts• Provide analytical support to key stakeholders (e.g., CEO/CFO/SVP Finance) on various topics• Assist with strategic projects – including annual Strategic Plan process• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as needed - including development of new reporting processes• Extract financial and operational information from IT systems such as Hyperion (HFM) and SAP for analysis

• Manage all aspects of the hotel fee program, including fee accruals, billing, yearly forecasting and policy decisions• Manage sourcing application technology, including relationship management, enhancement & bug fixes, lead development of system reports, establish process flow definition and implement new user training• Review and validation of sourcing deal analytics to ensure proper forecasting and calculations• Optimizing and streamlining key ongoing processes to simplify, reduce process time and increase accuracy• Management of the supply chain team’s P&L and provide updates on performance versus budget• Manage development and maintenance of customized performance reports, such as KPIs, diversity, global spend extrapolation and utilization reporting

• Provide full range of strategic, technical and analytical post sales activities support to Private Equity and Real Estate clients (e.g. Brookfield Asset Management, GE Capital, Ohio PERS)• Conduct formal product trainings while managing client engagements over the life-cycle of the project • Analyze state of client’s business processes & system requirements to configure the software system to match their needs• Create customized, client specific reports using the proprietary SAS reporting platform

• Provides strategic, technical and analytical support for Mercer Health & Benefit clients (e.g. AstraZeneca)• Work with clients and carriers to gather data and conduct research for client plans and special projects• Analyze and resolve day-to-day service issues using a variety of Mercer resources and software solutions• Develop client relationships and lead projects to successful completion
