I hold an Executive MBA from London Business School.Some of my career achievements include: • Drove formulation and adoption of Mathys & Squire’s first ever 5-year strategic plan, resulting in a firmwide business development plan and accommodation review, increasing revenue growth and profitability by 5% respectively per annum.• Delivery oversight at JLL of a bespoke $25m global valuation technical platform, which included requirements generation, vendor selection, platform build and deployment to 250 staff, in 3 countries.• Led significant restructuring and outsourcing of 75 support roles, across 8 different JLL country teams, to the Philippines, saving $3m per year.• Directed development and deployment of an award-winning and innovative mobile Inspection app, with 1,600 users across EMEA, and a project IRR of over 80%.• Drove revenue growth and significantly expanded JLL energy efficiency advisory service offerings by £0.5m per annum, as well as productising many service offerings.
