Working closely with the customer, Europcar sales team and all relevant business areas the role is responsible for the effective implementation of new customer acquisitions into the business.In addition the role also supports new customer acquisition and retention by taking an active role in the tender process improving both the standard of response and the level of support and understanding across the business. The role also supports both the Corporate Sales Director & UK Sales & Marketing Director through PRINCE2 project management for any identified sales initiatives or related projects.

Responsible for Europcar Group UK corporate ecommerce solutions. Achievements include:- Substantial increase in the percentage of self serve transactions- Continued development of the online corporate booking and rental management tool.Providing Project Management for the implementation of ebusiness solutions and initiatives to both existing and newly acquired Customers
