Bringing multicultural experience from work across Europe, South Africa, South-East Asia and Australia, I have more than 25 years’ experience leading diverse functions including business strategy and operations, marketing and communications, digital transformation, training development and delivery, and clinical services. I have delivered organisation wide transformational change, managed complex, multi-year high value projects, and brought a commercially astute, insightful, justice-oriented and strategic approach to the organisations I have worked with, including the NSW Adult Migrant English Service and Black Dog Institute.
