• Work with the Executive Director and other members of administrative team to set the organization's strategic goals• Identify what resources, including people and money, are needed to achieve agency objectives• Provide oversight of data entry and grant(s) reporting • Make suggestions and provide input when the budget(s) are developed annually• Ensure all activities and services are monitored, and key performance indicators and reported on a regular basis• Intervene and decide on actions to bring progress on track when negative indicators arise • Supervise and coach the Administrative Team members on a weekly basis• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of peer support and youth advocacy services through improvements to each function, as well as coordinate and communication between functions• Oversee and maintain current and archived family files• Review peer supporters and youth advocates working practices with the support and input of the Administrative Team to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative• Ensuring agency processes and procedures are followed• Investigate youth and caregiver services and report any issues• Engage in social marketing and community engagement activities within the scope of program plans• Provide technical assistance and supports which are connected to specific agencies, program plans, contracts and MOU’s

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous review a social marketing plan to address issues of stigma, encourage inclusion, and inform families about the project• Coordinate special events, including the annual National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day activities, and secure media sponsorship of events.• Promote community activities through media interviews, and serve as a presenter/speaker at community workshops and events• Write news releases, PSAs, op-ed articles, etc., to promote programs and events• Coordinate the writing and design of audience-appropriate materials, such as brochures, flyers, booklets, newsletters, and posters• Manage program presence on Web and other social media outlets• Work with University of Illinois evaluation staff to Identify outcomes and other compelling data that can be shared with the media, community partners, families, youth, and other relevant audiences• Develop mechanisms to track and evaluate social marketing activities• Maintain liaison with various health care and regulatory agencies and organizations to keep abreast of trends within the mental health field

• Provide group/individual therapy for families of youth involved in the juvenile justice system• Promote cross-system service coordination and integration with juvenile justice system, schools, and other youth serving agencies • Heighten program awareness to youth, parents, and community members

• Report monthly to the Champaign County Mental Health Board and Champaign County Board Justice and Social Service Committee; Monitor Quarter Cent for Public Safety Post-Detention Programs (Streamline anti-recidivism practices)• Provide assessment of program reports and budget reports• Monitor program performance measures and family engagement strategies• Provide technical assistance• Track recidivism rates, serve as a liaison between JDC/Probation, the CCMHB, and providers• Provide information and training on recidivism reduction and family engagement strategies• Work with the Project ACCESS Administrator to increase social marketing• Provide on-going juvenile justice workshops• Provide training, development, and implementation of Balanced and Restorative Justice practices• Co-Administration of Project ACCESS System of Care Pilot Program (Coordinate and facilitate weekly youth assignment meetings for care coordination at Juvenile Detention Center; Support planning and implementation of Care Coordination/Wraparound Process and flexible funding disbursement• Monitor program performance measures and family engagement strategies; Track recidivism rates; Social Marketing; Encourage service integration and planning amongst funded agencies and agency partners• Develop solutions as coordination and other issues arise amongst service providers; Continue to make partnerships and alliances with other community systems to sustain the growth of the pilot program as it expands system wide)• Remain acclimated with the Illinois Juvenile Justice Initiatives (Illinois Balanced and Restorative Justice Initiative, Disproportionate Minority Contact, Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative, Models for Change, and Redeploy Illinois) and continue to find ways to implement principles, values, and goals of each of the initiatives in system programs
