At Glitnir I was leading a team of 50 IT professionals. The IT Business Solutions dept. was responsible for the development and integration of all software, systems, websites and online banking applications within Glitnir Bank.

At Islandsbanki I was leading a development team of 20 poeple. The eBusiness Dev. dept. was responsible for the development of Islandsbanki's Online Banking systems, web sites, and other eBusiness solutions.
