• Project manager and lead developer of custom CMS used by editorial and video production staff to support 5 daily publications, and 1 daily video interview program.
• Collaborate, design and develop custom CRM used by sales, marketing and administrative staff with integrated web analytics, financial reporting, custom email messaging and entitlement provisioning.
• Design and develop video player (Flash, then HTML 5), website and CMS for daily video interview show (Launched in January 2005).
• Design and develop in-house analytics data collection.
• Implement and configure a variety of ad servers, from open-sourced Open Ads to a custom built ad server then finally to Google's DFP/Ad manager.
