Meet the needs of the business by providing critical data points and key performance indicators to various departments throughout the company. Also, lead a project to implement a BI suite to empower users and provide a window into the business data.

Design, develop, and maintain a reporting system that executives use to get a window into business metrics. This involves creating a data warehouse from the ground up, then developing a reporting system in Adobe Flex 2 for the end users to have a graphical representation of data. Also developed ad-hoc reports for the business as the need would arrise.

Acted as a liason between development, QA, and the end user. Made sure projects got done on time and correctly. Gathered requirements from customers and wrote up spec docs for the development team to program off of. Helped troubleshoot ongoing escalated issues that tech support was unable to answer.
