Detailed technology reviews uncovered significant areas for technology improvement, which were corrected with the existing technology team and resources. Improvements were made and staff resources extended using RealPage’s existing team members and vendors who had RealPage call center experience and tribal knowledge but no official connection to call center technology or operations, generating operating improvements without any increase in staff resources.
