Management of all day-to-day hotel operations with specific focus on Reception, Call Centre, Concierge and Night Audit. Further, working closely with the housekeeping department whilst ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards. First respondent to first aid calls, chief fire warden when required and generally, handling all day-today incidents, complaints, or situations on hotel property. In this role, guest experience and guest journey were the main focus.
