Website Error Tracking - After successfully implementing website error tracking, the resulting reports significantly improved the online shopping experience by pinpointing errors triggered by users.These included issues with checkout and user input fields, such as incorrect email addresses, password fields, telephone numbers, delivery information, etc.This immediately provided context for understanding customer drop-offs and enabled all retailers on the platform to improve the checkout journey by running experiments (A/B tests), thereby increasing checkout completion rates and revenue.
