Part of the team that opened the new Apple Retail Store in London, I quickly moved from a part-time sales role to a full-time customer service role. Working at the Genius Bar for over three years has allowed me to develop customer service skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and training skills. Working with a close-knit team requires great team working skills, open dialogue, and feedback.

Drove vehicles from the CAMI Assembly Plant to the lot where the vehicles would then be transported by truck or train to the dealerships. This job required high attention to detail, efficiency, safety, and teamwork as the job was done in teams of 5-6 people.

Assemble and build axles for trailers. Answer the phones and assist customers with orders and purchases. Create pick-slips and purchase orders using company software.Assemble and package orders for pickup and delivery by customer or courier.

Sarnia, On

During this time I was the Interim Youth Pastor. I oversaw the Junior High, and Senior High programs. I was responsible for student development and relationship building. I was involved in weekly staff meetings to further support the church and their forward movement. I would assist with weekend services, music programs, media and video productions.
