I focus on retention and conversion strategy and lead a team of marketing automation managers tasked to deliver the right message, to the right user, at the right time, through the right channel by developing a communication strategy for marketing channels including email, push, SMS, and more. In this role I have developed successful renewal campaigns, led research committees investigating churn to inform strategy, build several JavaScript apps, designed new onboarding strategies, and pioneered data-driven reporting on our marketing efforts.

As Marketing Operations Manager I led the email marketing program using Hubspot and Iterable, which included developing marketing strategy for Teachable's online Summit events, implementing A/B testing, building HTML templates per best practices, and leading a migration from HubSpot to Iterable.

At Peloton I managed marketing operations aiming to nurture leads, generate product demand, and increase online/inbound sales. I was responsible for list and data quality and led a consolidation of nearly 200,000 CRM platform records to Salesforce from SugarCRM, HubSpot CRM, and MailChimp. I managed list and data quality, automatic triggers and lead nurture campaigns. I also built scalable HubSpot email templates using HubL and a direct mail retention campaign using Lob and Ruby on Rails.

Their CX software identifies online customers who need help and matches them in real-time to certified advocates with first-hand knowledge of the product and passion for the brand.At Needle I built and maintained automatic trigger-marketing and automated drip campaigns with Pardot and Marketo Marketing Cloud, built mobile email templates, and developed a comprehensive lead scoring strategy.

Qualtrics is the world’s leading enterprise survey technology provider, serving over 7,000 clients worldwide that include half of the Fortune 100 and 97 of the top 100 business schools. In this role I designed and developed custom survey themes for high-value clients and a Sass (SCSS) framework for theme building to improve velocity. I also developed the mobile UI for survey themes, designed custom themes for big clients including Sprint and Deloitte, and led the development and launch of a WYSIWYG survey designer.
