Managing multiple training programs and collaborating with other partners to develop new training programs. Supervise 5 training staff and ensure that training goals are met. Review data and case files for compliance with city and state requirements. Plan outreach methods and implement action plans to recruit participants for the training department. Coordinate with partners to plan programming structure and plan outcomes. Recruit, enroll and track program participants though out the programs. Coordinate with other Departments to place graduates into industry jobs.
