  Over the past 25 years, I have been responsible for placing hundreds of Cleveland's most talented and hard working technical professionals. As an executive, I am responsible for the management and overall performance of the business. I also have responsibility for the training and development of our current recruitment staff as well as new Search Masters hires. This includes comprehensive sales training, cross platform communication skills, closing technique, and how best to understand and enhance the technical staffing needs of our clients. I am also responsible for New Client Development and placing salaried professionals within a 2-hour radius of Cleveland. We have also increased our national footprint over the last five years.
