    As CEO I led an amazing team of some of the most talented professionals in the industry as we worked together to achieve our business objectives. One of the first initiatives we worked on was to create an idea generation process where I encouraged my team to identify both challenges and opportunities for the business. By doing so, we leveraged each individual’s passions and point of view to develop our strategy while inspiring ownership and dedication. It took many hours of hard work, and required open minds and compromise and in the end we were able to achieve our goals and produce record-breaking revenues while at the same time exceeding our bottom line targets. Because each person on my team took personal ownership in their roles we were able to develop a road map to follow with check points along the way to achieve the #1 ranked ROI across the entire business portfolio.

    One of the first initiatives I led was to assess our management and staff and transform each to “world class” levels of quality and performance. Our game plan utilized of a dual approach of establishing multiple Boards of Directors and specialized committees to assist with business leadership as well as acquiring and developing several exceptionally strong managers who would lead their teams with precision and inspire a sense of urgency. I personally led each individual’s development by leveraging proven one-on-one personal mentoring methodologies. By doing so we were able to instill ownership of policies, best practices, idea generation processes as we produced the finest individuals to properly manage each business across existing and newly acquired properties. As my management team matured I led, with their assistance, several highly successful capital projects to completion, all achieving on-time and on-budget performance indices. In addition to completing these projects, we built an exceptionally strong culture and membership base. I look back with great pride for the successes we had, achieving top line revenue and profitability targets, all made possible from the hard work and passion of each member of my team.
