•Monitor and evaluate all plasma center operations.•Maintain thorough familiarity with and compliance of all State and Federal regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.•Supervise donor selection and processing, plasma collection, and records completion to maintain the highest production standards and implement operational improvements.•Established and maintained the ability to perform all tasks within the Plasma Donor Center; fulfilling the role of production employees when necessary.•Monitor and evaluate operations, including budgeting and staffing, marketing, HR, quality and regulatory, and provide feedback.•Work with Quality Supervisor to ensure that center is quality driven for successful regulatory audits.•Perform staff reviews using formal and informal feedback mechanisms including salary changes.*Safety Committee Chairman

Full and complete responsability for the operation of a full service optical. Position demands absolute attention to sales and sales goals, inventory control, lab management and service. Utilization of conflict resolution skills, both internal and external, is consistently important and necessary.
