Promoted to Sales Group Manager where I oversaw a team of 5 and was responsible for the airtime of tens of millions of pounds worth of advertising campaigns. Dealing with over 30 media agencies, and campaigns with a wide variety of budgets and pressures, I had to be adaptable in order to meet all their needs. Working very closely with agencies every day to maintain a great working relationship, and be best placed to spot new commercial opportunities and negotiate late business conversations.I am passionate about developing my team and enjoyed helping them to progress in their media careers.

During my first role in media I developed extremely well and learnt a lot about the industry very quickly. ids was a convergent media sales house, providing advertising opportunities across TV, mobile, video on demand and online. I was a strong member of an extremely successful media sales team in a competitive market during an extremely tough time for the industry. My progression was recognised with a promotion from Assistant to Agency Sales Executive.
