I analyze their information and documentation to assess creditworthiness. I help them connect big picture thoughts with concrete figures. I anticipate potential problems and possible solutions. I'm a resource to multiple parties throughout a transaction, communicating both proactively and reactively with buyers, Realtors, internal partners and other 3rd parties. I manage various processes and project associated timelines and outcomes involved with the objective of closing on time. I take the obligation to close on time seriously and take significant steps to fulfill that obligation.
