Provide high level art direction for all of Horizon Hobby's proprietary brands, working with a team of Art Directors, Senior Design Leads and Designers to create print and online advertisements, packaging, industrial design, point-of-purchase displays, trade show booths, retail merchandising programs, websites, identity creation, catalogs, brochures, magazines and more. Lead for hiring of all design staff. Assist in coordinating, refining and managing processes for marketing and creative deliverable creation.
