-Lead evaluation process and implementation of cloud-based commissioning software, used for the department’s work-product. Including training, standards development, and updates to all workflows.-Commissioning engineer for MEP systems, focused on electrical systems of new-construction high-rise residential and commercial buildings as well as cultural and laboratory spaces. Over 30 individual buildings/spaces, up to 1.7M sq. ft.-Coordinate on-site activity directly with Construction Managers, Subcontractors, Clients, and Vendors to ensure successful use of everyone's time in the field.-Assembly and distribution of all pertinent project documentation including, site observation reports, construction punch lists, inspection reports, thermal scanning analysis and reports, etc.-Distill data from project specifications, contract drawings, and relevant code sections to prepare project-specific inspection/test scripts of multidisciplinary systems, or client method of procedures, and/or system level test procedures.

-Evaluate transmission project requirements, prepare scopes of work, design criteria, construction packages, economic analysis, authorization and appropriation requests and engineering specifications for the high voltage electrical system.-Serve as Lead Discipline Engineer and meet with other departments on installation of new equipment.-Perform calculations as needed related to transmission electrical parameters such as impedance, cable ratings, hydraulic pressures, pulling tensions, and EMF.

-Site Manager for over 20 Power Delivery Projects throughout the country up to 500KV covering DC system upgrades, protective relaying, entire SCADA system upgrades, telecom cut‐overs, and civil installations.-Responsible for achieving the safest, highest quality, and most economical construction project.-Lead a team of installation, construction, testing, and commissioning engineers, foremen, craft laborers, and other support personnel, to assure that the completed plant meets the requirements of the design and schedule.-Maintain relationships with multiple client departments and capture all changes to the design via as-builts, redlines, and digital mark-ups.

-Site lead for GE’s commissioning efforts of 365 inverters at First Solar’s 550MW DSL solar plant.-Liaison for customer commissioning team, O&M staff, and GE design/PM teams.-Manage day to day and long term forecast for commissioning schedule and commercial maintenance plan, accounting for resource fluctuations and reducing cost where possible.-Technical expert for the product; being able to address all service, hardware, and software issues.-Directly oversee as many as 18 GE staff and sub-contractors; coordinating training, maintaining quality, driving efficiency, and continually refining/simplifying all performed tasks.-Successfully implemented site procedures for all stages of the project; including logistics, daily logtracking, individual inverter technical logs, and general simplification of the entire effort.-Maintain and refine the site safety plan over the course of the project. Currently have zero electricalincidents and zero recordable injuries.-Continue to have a proactive approach to all issues on site. Taking into account known issues with the product, track and analyze highest recurring issues, and communicate with all needed parties ofremediation scheduling and resolution.-Strive to uphold a professional and healthy relationship with all customer parties.
