Jon Willis is not only a devoted husband and father, but also a successful commercial real estate broker, public speaker, media personality, and executive with experience in multiple industries. Born and raised in Arizona, Jon started his career at the age of 18 by joining his family's office, where he specialized in brokerage, development, and investment in commercial real estate. Jon quickly excelled in his role, selling hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate assets and contributing to the development of several large-scale projects, such as the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center Campus and Arizona Athletic Grounds.In 2011, Jon represented a large Utah-based family office in the successful sale of their $701 million commercial real estate portfolio, which included over 200 commercial properties in the Phoenix Metro area. He also served as the Designated Broker of Willis Property Company from 2011 to 2018, overseeing its growth and success. Jon's expertise in real estate also led him to teach at the Arizona School of Real Estate, where he was recognized as one of the top real estate instructors in the state.Jon later expanded his business ventures into the digital marketing world, becoming the CEO of Matchstick Media, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in brand strategy, viral campaigns, hyper-targeted marketing techniques, and driving massive traffic.Despite his busy schedule, Jon remains dedicated to serving on the board of directors of several reputable charities, including non-profit organizations, faith-based groups, and anti-sex trafficking abolitionist efforts.
