Creating video, webinar and e-learning content.All aspects of global content creation including curriculum development, identifying and creating learning outcomes, scripting, storyboarding, recording and editing audio and video content.Creating and delivering workshops for staff training.

Working closely with go-to-market teams, I created and presented content for major industry events (including Xero Roadshows and the Accounting & Finance Show), developed a programme of online webinars, led internal training, and reviewed and regionalised globally-produced educational content.

Working closely with the NZ Sales team, I presented at conferences and roadshows, created and ran on-site training, and worked with accounting firms to implement Xero’s practice management solution.In addition I ran internal training product features, presentations, classroom management, creation and delivery of content, production of instructional videos, and more.

This role was mainly compliance focused: preparing financial statements and tax returns.

I managed a portfolio of client work, ranging from personal and company tax returns, to preparation and filing of financial statements and was involved in various ad-hoc work such as cash flow forecasting and due diligence work.
