Position of reports To：Global IT VPResponsibilities & Achievements：-Overall management for plant Infra and Service(Company IT\OT network, on-prem & Cloud servers\VM\VSphere\backup, peripheral, O365, Helpdesk and on-site support),ensure security, integrity and applicability, to improve continuous improvement for production, quality of services and also IT support for Ireland and US plant.- Improve the level of IT services and productivity across the organization that is measurable resulting in increased cost-effectiveness and value.Ensure that availability and performance of our IT services to BD\Embecta Suzhou stakeholders are constantly available and oversee SLA networking IT services. according to INC P1,P2,P3,P4, emphasize to get RCA, solution and improvement action plan, continuous to improve KPI of IT service. - SAP & MES management, familiar with PP,MM,FICO modules etc. Well known process of STP,PTD,PLM,RTR,OTC etc. Well known EDI of third party Apps like Ariba, HR Workday, T/E Concur, MES etc.- Manage the life-cycle of IT infrastructure and services (hardware, software, subscriptions) in the country with a focus on ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT data and services to internal and external clients promoting continuous improvement in productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.- Provide various IT projects delivery on BD demerger including new SAP\ERP setup & migration, new on-prem servers setup (VM\VSphere\VSAN\IDRAC\VMotion\)&backup, new MES setup & configuration and new IT\OT network setup, new PC deployment, office365 & BD local applications migration, and deployed Teams phone, VC, Printers with authentication to Embecta.- Act as IT BP with the local business functions to provide business solutions and technologies enabling business agility and innovation.- Provide digital transformation projects, innovation and support to the company.

Position of reports To：IT Head of ChinaSubordinate：10- Implementation and continuous improvement of IT services, incident/problem management improvements and enhancements, changes, requests, asset management as well.- IT service delivery management and implementation and IT satisfaction improvement, responsible for managing IT service desk as well as on-site DSS (on-site IT support) to ensure service level targets are met with defined SLA's. - IT project delivery management and implementation, including local and global project delivery in locally. Act as an excellent communicator and team member to actively collaborate and communicate with the global team on the local implementation of global projects, applications, and solutions in China.-Provided security guide lines to familiarize users with IT security - ISECO, DPO, and RRM.- Assist with Global third party company BT (British Telecom) to manage and monitor local servers and WAN/LAN/WLAN networks.- Coordinate Global SAP ERP and work with local functional teams to provide delivery of MES systems for the local plant.- Develop IT policies and meet general computer control / SOX requirements.- Facilitate the collaboration of Syngenta Group IT team to establish IT process integration, unified IT service model and IT intelligent service robot project for the new company SGC (Syngenta Group China).- Provide relevant IT onboarding training and IT security policy statement for new employees of the SGC Group.- Control IT procurement and annual budget.- Develop and maintain competitive suppliers, implement and continuously improve relevant information systems.-Fully understand the local IT laws and work with the global network team to deploy Azure/AWS cloud service related projects.-Act as IT BP and communicate regularly with P&S to collaborate on the implementation and delivery of key digital projects ERP\MES\WMS\CRM\SRM\ITSM etc.

Position of reports To：Site Director/IT Manager of USSubordinate：1Responsibilities & Achievements：Vertellus Specialties Nantong Company is US-funded enterprise, work location 50% based in Nantong, 50% based in Shanghai, here are my major responsibilities:--Function as a business partner to the China Installation, Services and Products business units and serve as a key contributor to the deployment of the China Strategic Business Plan. --Responsible for the IT requirements of Asian sites (Nantong, Shanghai, Shandong and India), manage annual budget of IT Dept. and expenditure on hardware and software --Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and support. --Plan and implement IT projects, communicate the new site IT proposal with US Headquarter, analysis the budget, setup and strengthen IT infrastructures based on the users’ requirement of information system --Managing the internal & hosted IT infrastructure including: Firewalls, Network, telecommunications (Exchange, Files, Applications, SAP,ERP), servers, PC, Laptops, etc. --Management of server software, database security and associated backup routines. --IT Service Management & Implementation.--Create new account and set authorization for users --Ensure high security and availability of all IT systems, network and servers, DRP review and revision --Responsible for training of new staff and emphasize IT policy --Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, function & systems --Evaluate, test, train and support the new IT related system or application to improve the efficiency --Do monthly report of each dept. IT expense --Do monthly report of Asian site update to IT manager/ director of US Headquarter by conference call, and further develop the company IT infrastructure.
