His experience includes a nine-year partnership while a faculty member at the University of Kentucky with Toyota Motor Manufacturing to learn lean operations first hand and extensive experience in designing and transforming operations to the lean systems model in manufacturing, service organizations, and health-care.Specialties: • 15 days of curriculum in lean systems philosophy and tools, lean systems design, and supply chain and 8 days of curriculum in lean health care• Comprehensive operations assessment and restructure planning for lean systems transformation, including turnaround planning.• Industrial implementation and application of all lean technical tools.• Engagement leader of consulting teams for operations transformation.• Facilitation of kaizen events and activities for lean transformation.
