I am Joo Hyun (“JH”), a seasoned investment banker and manager with over 7 years of management roles at Standard Chartered and Royal Bank of Scotland in Korea. I have led and transformed their fixed income businesses, achieving higher efficiency, productivity and profitability. I have also advised a wide range of clients on debt raising, risk hedging, debt restructuring and traditional/alternative investments. Some of my notable achievements include:- Successfully selling RBS Asia Seoul to Credit Agricole as part of RBS Group’s global restructuring,- Heading Financial Markets business at SC Securities Korea and Debt Capital Markets at RBS Asia Seoul, and- Working with clients such as Korea sovereign, state-run corporates, policy banks, commercial financial institutions, private corporates, etc.I have extensive knowledge and experience in capital markets and risk management as well as financial management including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
