- Carry out product development of Photo and Pressroom chemicals- Solve batch issues - Analyse in-process production batches and finished goods- Carry out raw materials evaluation for Photo & Pressroom chemicals- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment- Prepare and standardize analytical reagents and titrant solutions- Comply to relevant EHS and 5S duties and duties and responsibilities

-Perform quality test for all incoming/in-house/outgoing chemicals.-Conduct outgoing QC check for all outgoing shipment (labeling, packaging, drum leakages etc).-Perform routine chemical analysis for customer samples and conducts customer samples evaluation to resolve quality issues.-Perform training on plating bath analysis at customer site.-Prepare certificate of analysis and or certificate of conformance.-Operates a variety of laboratory equipment such as pH meter, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, AA spectrometer, XRF and Wetting balance. -Handle preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment and perform troubleshooting of equipment.-Responsible for monitoring inventory (lab supplies, reagents, apparatus).-Prepared chemical reagents utilized in the laboratory and perform laboratory housekeeping daily.-Assist in maintaining quality systems as well as implementation of quality procedures and internal audit activities.-Update product test procedure and/or product specification when required.
