🤓 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗥 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿As a trained Systems Engineer with a Ph.D. in Leadership Development, I am both highly logical🖖 and creative. I decode the intricate relationships between people, structure and process – translating them into tangible actions to help start-ups 1️⃣ navigate their inflection points and 2️⃣ transition from the creative chaos stage to repeatable performance. 🚀 𝗜 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲I've experienced working with 2, 20 and 200-year-old companies, with revenues ranging from £1m, £10m, £100m to £1 billion. For two decades, my experiences have spanned consulting and internal HR roles, where I implemented strategic people solutions to scale hyper-growth start-ups across a wide spectrum of industries. I am a Malaysian living in London and have led teams across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.📚 𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲I envision a world in which knowledge is freely and readily accessible. Knowledge has the power to level the playing field and I am inspired by Coursera, Wikipedia and open-source initiatives that have paved the way to the libre access of information.I can’t make the world’s knowledge free….yet!
