Armed with the conviction that our work is about helping people, People at Work was founded (renamed The People at Work in end 2004). We fiercely valued our independence then, as we still do now, and set our minds to pursue relationships with companies who sought strategic counsel and were keen to work with a partner in a thoughtful and inclusive manner, driven by a desire to achieve excellence in our work. We made a promise to ourselves that we would be guided only by integrity and professionalism, knowing that financial rewards would follow thereafter. We have a consistently strong track record across Asia and continue our emphasis on Quality of work delivered.,.
