Leading to >trust, contribution and accountability---- My Personal & Career Journey ----Over 25 years ago I was gifted the opportunity to set up a team at Cisco in San Jose, CA to develop and launch their global partner sales training programme. The Valley was abuzz, everyone was beyond excited to work there and the future was one of unlimited potential.From there I worked in Houston on my first enterprise CRM project - where I learned that change programmes are impossible unless people understand, trust and buy into the 'why' behind the change.After a sabbatical that involved hiking in the Andes, the Burning Man festival and a yoga teacher training programme, I returned to the UK where I now live in the SW.Working independently since 2008, I have worked with Thermo Fisher Scientific, National Grid, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Babcock and most recently the NHS, alongside PE & owner-managed business and entrepreneurs.
