I am the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Clearwater Analytics, a B2B vertical SaaS listed on NYSE (Ticker: CWAN). Shareholders include private equity firm WCAS, Warburg Pincus, and Permira. Joined pre-IPO in 2019, and contributed to revenue growth ($168 mm in '19 to $445 mm guidance in '24) and IPO readiness in 2 years leading up to IPO in Sept 2021. I performed financial modeling and valuation analysis, and managed deal process for both sell-side and buy-side M&As.I left the legal profession as a corporate attorney in early 2005 to return to finance, which was my original area of interest.Prior to law school, I had worked at Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns after graduating from Stanford in 1996 with my bachelor's degree in Economics.
