My role at Digital Workforce Services is to make the business processes of our customers more efficient, by means of robotic and intelligent process automation (RPA and IPA). RPA can be described as a set of algorithms that can relieve office workers of repetitive, boring and time-consuming tasks such as reporting, handling invoices or allocating resources. IPA, on the other hand, adds in the potential of artificial intelligence.My expertise is to plan and develop these algorithms as well as to explore the processes and the possibilities of IPA with the customer.

I switched from mechanical engineering into automation and systems technology in 2012. After the Bachelor's degree I took Control, Robotics and Autonomous systems as my major.The change has since brought me skills in programming and understanding in automation systems, controllers, signal handling, process automation, manufacturing and productivity.
