Both of us come from an academic background and have years of experience from marketing, communication, and consultation. Simultaneously, we have been on an intense spiritual journey exploring our inner worlds and the Universe, applying shamanic and yogic practices, and healing and growing through our loving relationship. Spotlight is the biggest speaker event for students in Central Finland, organized by Jyväskylä Entrepreneurship Society. I work in a 14-person team to organize the event and my area of responsibility is corporate relationships. My main duties included finding sponsors to the event and take care of collaboration with them throughout the year.

Leos2go is a consultancy company focused especially on payroll administration and service design. In Leos2go I did a one month trainee period working on various tasks. My duties included brand development such as writing the brand book and I participated in three service design projects with a four-member team.I also made calls to different organizations to schedule meetings with potential clients. Leos2gos clients were big listed companies and by contacting their HR managers I acquired a new level of confidence to my communication.

JyvSkyl Area, Finland

In Telia I worked as a face-to-face salesperson at stands located in supermarkets. I got daily experience from dozens of sales situations and learned the fundamentals of personal selling. I learned how to lead a conversation and how to fine-tune my selling tactics to every individual by utilizing a behavior-based tool called DISC. My communication skills increased significantly and I found courage to interact with every person who happened to walk past our stand.

Antin Konditoria is a small, modern confectionary and café located in Forssa. In Antin Konditoria my main assignment was to take care of all ice cream related operations. I received orders, ordered ingredients, made the ice cream and arranged transportation to our clients. I learned to manage the big picture and organize my own work to accomplish everything on time.Besides ice cream operations, I also worked in the café. Especially during summer, the café was very busy and I learned to prioritize my tasks in order to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, I got a lot of experience from customer service.
