I developed my career over 25 years within hospitality and leisure - where teamwork across a diverse skillset was paramount. I initially worked in an operational role within Center Parcs, responsible for the day to day running of the first village in the UK - Sherwood Forest. I went on to specialise in Recruitment and Training, inducting 1000 new employees every year into a variety of careers and at all levels, including Leisure, Spas, Retail, Catering and Housekeeping as well as specialists in IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR and Technical Services.I also secured new opportunities funding to set up and run a small not for profit childcare business, employing my own team which ran very successfully for over 12 years. In 2012 I became self employed and began my own transitional journey. I initially coached a wide variety of clients who also faced a change of direction. I was also very fortunate to embrace a variety of Project Management roles with MoneyPennys Business Solutions https://moneypennys.org.uk/about-usI took on the challenge of totally changing industry sector in 2016, initially recruited by two UK based Independent Financial Advisers to support their businesses transfer to the Fairstone Group Ltd. This involved the migration of approx. 250 client’s data to the new adviser portal and setting up systems and processes to ensure 100% compliance achievement.As this business has now been taken over by Perspective Financial Group Ltd, I have once again become employed, this time utilising my skills in Merges and Acquisitions.I am very self motivated, able to juggle many different balls in the air and keep a smile on my face - most of the time!
