Sean Tham has been in leadership and managerial positions beginning with AIESEC Malaysia as Vice-President (Corporate Affairs / External Relations). In this role, he led a team to identify and secure corporate partnerships and connected international talent placements to local workplaces. Sean continued his endeavor to learn and became a researcher in Taiwan overseeing a couple of research projects in the Marine Life amidst finishing his Degree majoring in Marine Biology. It was then, that Sean realized his passion for the Marine Life would be a firm foundation for the love of developing the “Life in Human Potential”. Sean immersed himself in the workforce again over the last 18 months with the Appco Group, promoting products and services from Telco, Insurance and NGOs. His drive catapulted him from Team member to Team Leader to Manager and lastly to be one of the youngest Division Heads across Asia. As a rising star, Sean felt that his journey has just begun and once again explored deeper and entered into the world of Coaching and Training. Today Sean is the youngest Certified Master Performance Coach and lives with the mantra of “empowering people to their next level… as nothing is impossible to achieve”.Today, Sean has even gotten the opportunity to be coached and mentored by the best in Malaysia – Wai K Leong (MCC) and Mel Leow (MCC).
