Coaching & helping coverage sites’ HOS deployment & certification by phases, up to site’s HOS journey from Phase 1 to 5, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.- Conduct Training about HOS and regarded elements & tools to site employees- Transport HOS Corporate requirements to site, and provide site practical option by customizing approaches with same concept- Visit site and walk through the shop floor and workplace, and provide observation & feedback- Coach Site HOS leader, element owners and practitioners to enable their activities follow up in correct & practical ways, and show best practice examples as a role model- Support site HOS leaders with overall schedule fidelity and milestones- Closely work with HOS OD(Organizational Development) team to secure structured and stable way for site team to go through HOS improvement activities, focusing site Strategy, Structure, Management system, People, and Metrics & Rewards- Support all practical process improvements to result key metric targets achievement in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory as formally required- Participate & support HOS version upgrade with improved contents & requirements by providing feedback and suggestion to Corporate team, in order to provide standardized guideline to sites- Facilitate annual SIF(Standard Implementation Framework) workshop in APAC region across all SBGs.- Participated Lean and 6 sigma program, facilitated Lean Expert classes, coached Lean Expert candidates, perforemed Lean Master projects, and got Lean Master certification.

Ansan

Deploying HOS(Honeywell Operation System) process to HTT Ansan plant from Phase 1 to Silver, I have worked as below;- I have driven and supported HOS deployment of HTT Ansan plant to achieve their AOP and breakthrough objectives, so that site could achieve Silver certification on Dec. 2010.- I have worked partnering with TS HOS team and Site leadership to eliminate viewpoint gap and effective communication for monitoring and proceeding HOS maturity requirements.- I have applied HOS tools to site based on SIF : Kaizen, 5S, Gemba walk, SDP, RPS, LSW, Std. work, Flow, BIQ, Material replenishment, Setup reduction, TPM.- Partnering with lead team, I followed up deployment of OD, SIOP, Supply Base, VPD.- I have delivered training to site employees & leadership with training material provided and with developing customized material for site practicals.- I have contributed effective communication with developing & sharing employee handbook, updating visual HOS board, performing HOS survey, observing and coaching at Tier 1 meeting.- I have shared Ansan best practices to other sites, and shared other site best practices to share internally, from visiting to Bucharest, Atessa site and Woong-jin and Canon Korea.- I supported HOS activities for Bronze achievement of Shanghai plant and Kodama plant, and also shared knowledge to Guangzhou FM site visitors, SM Jincheon site, and suppliers.- I have mentored and coached site key employees such as supervisors and cell employees to build HOS capabilities in order to sustain cycle of improvement and sustaining.

Managed converting & delivery process of Anyang DC(Distribution Center), and aligned communication with all DCs at Chungju, Daegu, & Busan.- Production management : managed DC & delivery team operators’ absenteeism, O/T, managed scrap, managed Kaizen, monitored scrap to reduce.- Engineering : managed OEE, installed or modified Slitter and Sheeter, established new DC area, managed capacity by business strategy.- Maintenance : maintained machines, facilities and delivery truck, shop floor coating, - Safety : delivered safety training to employees, treated incidents, governmental regulation.- Quality : arranged & shared internal defects to plant- Inventory : facilitated internal inventory check, reduced old stocks and part numbers discussing with Sales and Logistics- Site establishment : managed total construction project of Busan DC establishment from green field.

Kwangju, Kyunggi-Do, Korea

With detail specification from the product & schedule, I managed overall value stream from RM replenishment to FG manufacturing & delivery to customer.1. Set overall project schedule until delivery2.
