I work within the Consumer Business Insights & Strategy team to achieve targets by using data & analytics. This involves leveraging transactional and customer data in order to better inform various teams (marketing, finance, operations) on their strategy. I also work closely with senior leadership including CFO to help deliver targets to the global McDonald's business.

I work in data and product analytics for various clients including Woolworths Supermarkets, BWS, Big W and Dan Murphy's using data sourced from the Quantium and Woolworths partnership. - Analytics design and UX to win the WOW Scan product tender from an existing 10 year contract. Created the core analytics base of the Automated Insights product that was integrated into the WOW Scan Product. Development of product usage analytics to improve product feature set including search and understand the customer base.- Product analyst for Quantium CheckOut; a retail shopper and loyalty product (SaaS) used by Woolworths and suppliers e.g. CCA, P&G, Unilever.- Perform in-depth customer analytics including predictive modelling, statistical sampling and customer segmentation utilising the Woolworths Everyday Rewards database. Technical skill set includes Excel, VBA, Teradata SQL and R.- Create shopper segments, product attributes and customer samples for the retail analytics tool, Quantium CheckOut.- Develop automated processes for customer segmentation, data ETL and data integrity using Teradata SQL, VBA and R.
