In this role I am the super user of two systems recently rolled out to the organisation. I provide assistance to users, trouble shoot their issues, assist with project coordination and train users in the new systems.I am the chair of the process leads committee where improvements and suggestions from the users are critiqued, refined and put before.

I manage the organisations' graduations and events/expos attended by appropriate staff as well as the business continuity plan, budgets, diaries and travel.I am EA to the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications and General Manager, iQualify while at the same time Office Manager to the Marketing & Communications and Commercial teams.

• Managing the efficient and effective resource operation of the Online Channels team, including:
• Brief Account Managers on upcoming projects then manage the end-to-end project delivery within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Provide the engagement and communication interface to marketing for all projects
• Internal and external resource bookings and planning workloads
• Creating forecast requirements for upcoming initiatives over a 3-month window
