With over 15 years of experience in property management, I am currently the Head of Property Management at Africrest Properties, a leading residential-, commercial-, and industrial real estate company in South Africa. In this role, I oversee the staff, operations, maintenance, leasing, financials, and marketing of a portfolio of over 40 properties across Johannesburg, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. I also provide business consulting and legal advice to the management and the board of directors on strategic planning, risk management, compliance, and contract negotiation. I have a strong background in leasing, retail property management, business, and law, with an LLB and a BCom degree from the University of Pretoria. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and value to our clients and stakeholders while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our team.
