For the last 7 years, I've advised different companies in business development, e-commerce and digital marketing. My clients have included Geenius Meedia and KarlKorsar.

As a product manager of digital channels, I was responsible for developing digital channels in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Channels included homepage, business client self-service and private client self-service. Quit because my startup got funded.

I lead a small team, responsible for all online sales, web & mobile apps, and digital marketing. We also launched several new projects such as a book subscription service, a self-service center for partners and a frictionless online-ordering service from physical stores. I enjoyed working in Rahva Raamat as I could align my interest in technology and in books and I appreciate the opportunity to expand my personal skills.

After finishing my bachelor studies in philosophy and discovering that besides academic fields there is no demand for philosophers, me and two of my friends tried to start a C2C tool rental service, but very soon pivoted to escape room games. At the time there were no other escape rooms in Estonia and to validate this idea we built the first pilot in the basement of my ex’s parents house and invited friends and fools over. After initial testing, we launched our first official escape room in April and the second one not too long after. Even though our business was not a great financial success, it gave us invaluable experience in different areas. As we had almost no money, we had to do everything ourselves starting from physical building of the escape games to crafting the webpage, running customer service and marketing. It didn’t help that almost noone had heard about escape rooms before, but somehow we managed. This entrepreneurial experience has inspired me also to try different startup’ish side projects like: Saapavabrik (D2C online shoe store), Tõend.ee (online Covid pass printing service), Mentors’ Place (mentor matching platform), Foodcip (local alternative to Blue Apron) and Qodu (C2C rentals; was to be the practical result of the master's thesis).
