As project leader I have been involved with a large variety of energy-related projects, where I participated in the initial design as well as the actual implementation and completion of projects. The character of these projects ranged from early development and exploratory feasibility studies up to realization and complicated monitoring. In addition to technology I have a lively interest in social project aspects, like communication and user instruction. Based on these qualities and his wide experience I am also able to manage more complex project environments. Within DNV GL's HSE Compliance Management Team we help our customers in managing HSE Compliance risk by assessing projects and technologies on HSE compliance with e.g. national legislation and regulations or standards from financial institutions; we carry out environmental due diligences on assets and projects and we execute third party technical verification; we do environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) and license applications and give operational support on HSE issues extended with scored assessments.
