At Knab we have several commercial teams. I'm responsible for the research of new online propositions and ideas. E.g. via designsprint, qualitative and quantitative research. I also set up the digital strategy for (new) propositions (Go to market), features or other online exposure, mostly based on my knowledge about (online) data and technique.

At Knab we are building a new lending proposition. I was responsible to work out the (online) customer journey and to do the proposition research. We did research of the needs from our clients through qualitative and quantitive research. After all we had a complete view of the needs of our clients, how to differentiate and how to build the new proposition..

At Knab we started with a CDP (Customer Data Platform) and I was responsible for the implementation and the digital marketing strategy of the CDP We connected several datastreams from and to the CDP to create a 360 customer view. We continuously optimized and analyzed our campaigns and ideas to reach our weekly targets for our acquisition and cross-sell.

I started at Knab working as a technical webanalyst because I wanted to learn more the technical background of online data and online marketing campaigns. I started implementing advanced GTM scripts and worked together with developers to implement funnels and parts of the website to do more efficient digital marketing campaigns.

During my first job at ManpowerGroup I was responsible for the reporting, dashboarding, tracking and the analysis of campaings for the 4 labels that ManpowerGroup had. I set up the basics for measurement as an UTM structure, weekly reports, a/b tests and a Google Analytics implementations. Besides that I also made a connection between online and the ATS.
